Veterans Benefits

The Pentecostal Theological Seminary is approved for the training of veterans and other eligible persons under the terms of the veterans’ educational benefits. Veterans may apply for benefits or learn more by going to the Office of Veterans Administration at: http://benefits.va.gov/gibill/  The Financial Aid Office will help qualified applicants select the proper electronic forms to apply for these benefits.For more information, email rsluder@ptseminary.edu or call 423-478-7727.

Post 911 Bill®

Veterans serving after September 11, 2001 may apply for the Post 911 bill®. Students approved for these benefits are eligible for funding based on VA approval and eligibility criteria and percentage of benefits approved by the Veteran’s Administration. The Pentecostal Theological Seminary is approved for the Yellow Ribbon Program and participates in that program for students that are eligible. 

As a reminder, students who attend Institutions of Higer Learning (IHL) facility with terms starting on or after December 17, 2021, will be required to verify their monthly enrollment to continue receiving Monthly Housing Allowance (MHA) and/or kicker payment.

Once approved by the Veterans Administration, students should submit a copy of the Post 911 GI Bill® certificate of eligibility to the Financial Aid Office via fax at: 423-478-7712 or Fax: 423-478-7212 or email us at: rsluder@ptseminary.edu. Once we receive your information we can begin processing your file. You must be accepted, enrolled at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary and approved by VA to receive VA benefits.
