Honduran scholar and PTS alumnus Miguel Alvarez and Norwegian scholar Geir Lie have created the new Latin American journal HECHOS (Acts). Written entirely in Spanish, HECHOS is an academic journal that addresses topics of interest to the various Latin American contexts. Articles will engage important issues of biblical studies, theology, hermeneutics, practical theology, and missions, all from a Pentecostal perspective. Through HECHOS, the work of many prominent Latin America theologians will become available to the academy, to emerging Latino scholars, and to other scholars globally. The first two issues of HECHOS feature articles by PTS alumni, Miguel Alvarez, Raul Febus, and Daniel Alvarez, as well as articles by prominent scholars such as Bernardo Campos, Geir Lie, Dario Lopez, Carmelo Alvarez, and Elizabeth Sanzana.
