On July 21, at the 101st General Assembly of the Church of God of Prophecy convening in Oklahoma City, OK, the Pentecostal Theological Seminary awarded Bishop Sam N. Clements, General Overseer, the Doctor of Divinity in Ministry Leadership degree. Dr. Michael L. Baker, PTS President, and Dr. David Han, PTS Vice-President of Academics and Dean of the Faculty, officiated the presentation and hooding of Dr. Clements. Dr. David Ramirez, Executive Committee member representing the International Executive Committee, presented a special recognition of congratulations on behalf of the Church of God.
