Admission into the DMIN program requires that an applicant be able to demonstrate readiness for ministerial training at the highest level. Applicants must be spiritually mature and possess a clear sense of calling to ministry. They must be able to demonstrate a minimum of three years of active ministry that were characterized by critical theological integration with ministry practices. They must have an academic record of superior scholarship. And, they must show potential for serving as "true doctors of the church," i.e., persons who can teach, coach, and mentor others in the practice of ministry.
